We use a three step process where we identify the exact challenges to leadership instability or communication difficulty; we then design and deliver highly immersive scenario simulations to rehearse such moments after which we debrief, analysing what approaches were strongest, which areas need refining.

After an agreed interval of between 1-3 months, we return for one day to assess improvements and repeat step 2 if needed. A blueprint of our analysis and recommendations is provided afterwards.
